This morning, while I was pumping gas on St. Rose near I-15,
I watched a man walk into the sliding glass door at the convenience store. Not through the glass door, mind you. But smack, straight into the glass. He didn’t even flinch. He just backed up, waited for the doors to open, walked on through and went about his business. I can certainly accept that sometimes people walk into things. But in this case, there was no change in body language. No quick, embarrassed glance behind him to see if anyone was watching. It seemed so unnatural. So my theory on this is that he’s either a robot disguised as a human or he has done this before.

If it were a robot (ala Bender) he probably was out of fuel (booze) which would make any robot act impaired. It makes perfect sense why he would walk into things, he needed a six-pack to refuel. After he drank said beer, he most likely was fine and went back on his plans to enslave the human race.
